QC82 Wins Maryland Industrial Partnerships Grant

College Park, MD – May 1st, 2023 – QC82 announced that it was awarded the Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPs) grant by the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD). The goal of the MIPs program is to facilitate commercially viable cutting-edge R&D through the research facilities and expertise available at UMD. QC82’s focus in Phase 1 is to develop novel fundamental components to be used in photonic quantum computers and core photonic quantum technologies with game changing commercialization potential.
